The room had a spacious layout with a king bed and a sea view. i liked the balcony. It provided a space to relax outdoors.
the air conditioning in the room was a bit noisy, it was hard to sleep well.

The hotel had a nice, long beach. it may be one of the longest private beaches. the breakfast offered high-quality food and variety. It was excellent. the room was spacious, with a balcony offering a beautiful view.
the valet service felt slow. the car pick-up point was also very small, it often got blocked. this made it hard for anyone to move around freely. it felt very inconvenient!

i really appreciated the attentiveness of the poolside staff, especially visnu, his cocktail suggestions were superb. the hotel's direct access to the mall was a convenient bonus, especially with the various restaurants. the room had a spacious layout and the bed was very comfortable, ensuring a restful night. i found the hotel luxurious.
the noise from nearby rooms was noticeable at times, it impacted my sleep. the issue was resolved the following night, but the initial disturbance was inconvenient.

the breakfast buffet has a wide array of choices, with fresh and tasty options available daily. i tried the international buffet, it had excellent variety, pleasing everyone in my group. the garden restaurant has great cocktails, i especially enjoyed the service from tej.

the hotel has direct access to a major shopping center, and it offers multiple dining options, convenient for families. yas marina is easily accessible by taxi, this makes it an ideal location during the grand prix. the hotel is close to local attractions, it is convenient for exploring

my room had a sea view balcony, i spent time there. the room included comfortable twin beds, great for families with children! daily housekeeping maintained everything perfectly, the staff was discreet and efficient.

the staff, including may lopez in guest services, was helpful and professional. the lifeguard team was very attentive near the pool. mathew was helpful during check-in, he made the process smooth.

poor servicetorn towels
The gym felt under-equipped! there were only a couple of treadmills, and getting a towel was like pulling teeth. the lady at the gym reception acted like i was asking for the moon when i needed a shower towel. She gave me a small gym towel with attitude. the beach towels also had noticeable tears. Not the luxury experience i expected.

Mixed experience with some letdowns.

the hotel is big and well kept.
The gym had some issues. I was told that they were running low on towels. the lady at the gym reception sarcastically handed me a small gym towel. beach towels were noticeably torn. This is not representative of the standard i would expect.
